Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared saunas are used to aid in detoxification and are ideal when addressing chemical toxicity or heavy metals.  Added benefits of the sauna are relaxation, relief from pain and stiffness, increased blood flow, and improved immune function.  Ascalon's far-infrared (FIR) sauna is manufactured by Heavenly Heat Saunas, the same brand used by clinicians across the world.  Its spacious interior allows enough room to either recline or share with another bather making it suitable for couples and families (3 person max).

 

The Tungsten full-spectrum infrared panel by Sauna Space has been added within our Heavenly Heat chamber to increase full-body benefits.  A shower is available if you wish to rinse off following your sauna session.
