As a naturopath, I am first and foremost an educator, here to teach you how best to heal your body through foods, herbs, detoxification, and energy work. I strive to support and nourish the healing process rather than administer harmful agents that ultimately negate a chance at true recovery. Expect your initial consultation to run between 1.5 to 2 hours. I offer various modalities including iridology and meridian stress assessment. Be prepared to talk about food and the possible changes you will need to make to your routine, as this is the foundation of my work and the right foods are essential to any healing protocol.
